Help us build the right site for your business

Please fill out this questionnaire as completely as you can. The more information you give us up front, the faster we can deliver a site that actually sounds and looks like your business. Don't worry about having every answer — just do your best, and leave blanks where you're unsure.

You can fill this out digitally by typing directly into the fields below, or print it and hand it back to us filled in by pen. Either works.

1. Business Basics

Leave blank if keeping the current name.
How would you describe your business to a stranger at a gas station?
LLC, Sole Prop, Inc., etc.
Example: Mon–Fri 8am–5pm, Sat by appointment, Closed Sunday.

2. Brand, Logo & Visual Direction

Your Logo

  • I have an existing logo and I'll send files (.svg, .ai, .eps, or .pdf)
  • I have a logo but only as a low-res image (JPG or PNG)
  • I need a brand new logo designed
  • I'm keeping my old logo but want it refreshed

Colors

List specific colors, or describe the vibe (earthy, bold, modern, warm).
Competitor colors, past branding mistakes, colors you just don't like.

Overall Visual Direction

Paste URLs or just name the companies. Anything — doesn't have to be in your industry.
Examples: trustworthy, rugged, premium, friendly, bold, calm, established.

3. Products & Services

One per line. Main products or services plus any add-ons, custom work, or specialties.
These become the hero products on the homepage.
Fixed prices on the site? "Starting at" prices? Quote-only? Something else?
Do you deliver? Install? What's your service radius? Any limits?

4. Your Story

This is the section that becomes your About page. Don't overthink it — write like you're telling a customer over coffee. We'll polish it into final copy.

Names, roles, years of experience, anything personal you'd share with a customer.
Be honest — this is where your site wins or loses.

5. Customers & Competitors

Age range, location, profession, lifestyle. Paint a picture of one real person.
Testimonials, reviews, compliments from customers — even rough paraphrases work.

Even rough phone footage of your shop, your work, your delivery — say what you have.
